DV Lottery Procedure

It is widely know that the DV Lottery is available now too many immigrants looking to come to the United States. Though there is little to be said about how this procedure is done. However it is the cheapest and fastest way to get you permanent resident visa to the United States. The DV Lottery Procedures are strict and are final so it is important that you apply without error. Each person will have the ability to apply once a year among the 1.2 million other registrants that apply. They allow 50,000 immigrants entry each year. The DV Lottery takes place at the end of each calendar year and will go for around 60 days.
Several applicants are excluded each year for error on the applications so you may want to make sure that you have completed the document right. It is the DV Lottery Procedure not to notify the registrants that do not fill out their applications right nor are they obligated to notify you if you do not win. So you will be required to look at the lists of winning registrants that will be posted on the website around the months between April and June of the following calendar year.

There are many requirements of the applicant such as providing a photo of your self and dependant’s information as well. If you win then your dependants will be allowed to also receive a permanent resident visa. There is a limit that you may only apply once a year however you can re-apply the following year if you do not win in the current one.
There is no charge for the application initially however when and if you win you will be required to pay all fees when filling out the next application. This fee will not be refunded if you are not issued a visa. All rules are subject to change so it is important that you pay close attention each year in case of some discrepancy.
