US Employment

There are140, 000+ immigrants that travel to the United States each year for employment purposes. In order to receive US Employment you must fill out a petition. The 140,000 immigrants are broken up into several categories depending on what they are here for and what type of work they are doing.
1.Employment First Preference or (E1)
This form is 1-140/ Immigrant Petition for Foreign worker
2.Employment Second Preference or (E2)
Persons with Advanced degrees
3.Employment Third Preference or (E3)
Skilled workers with 2 years experience
4.Employment (E4)
Broadcaster
Ministers of Religion
Missionary in Hong Kong
5.Employment Creation Investor (E5)
Complete form 1-526
Petition by alien Entrepreneur
Must be investing at least $500,000-1,000,000
Labor Certification or an individual labor certification is available but you must have pre-employment set up before you can be eligible for a Labor Certification. Understanding the requirements and the application process for each category is necessary to ensure that you apply for the right one. If you send in for the wrong category your application maybe delayed or denied.
All fees that are incurred for the processing stage should be paid at the time of application unless you are applying for the Green Card Lottery fees for application for this will only need to be paid if your application is chosen in the lottery.
Looking into the process of medical examinations that will be conducted and understanding that all fees associated with the visas are due at time of applying and are not refundable even if you do not get accepted.
